Miles is best known for his distinctive image manipulation and motion graphics. With a degree in Graphic Design from Middlesex Polytechnic, Miles is an award winning director for Commercials and music videos.

In London he directed numerous music videos and specials for such artists as Dave Stewart of the Eurhythmics, Candy Flip and The Pogues.

He has also directed promos for MTV and Sir Paul McCartney, created spots for Mars Confectionery, and Virgin, as well as a live action/animated short for BBC2.

In the US he has designed, directed and animated work for Microsoft, Nike, Home Depot, Citizen Watches, Toys R Us, PECO Energy, Cortaid, Pringles, Winstar, and Mattel.

Miles was named by Animation Magazine as one of The Rising Stars of Computer Generated Imaging.
